My father bought us a used ride from there-Art was cool. There was a squeak from one of the tires. We took it in to get looked at. Didnāt know you need to reserve a loaner car a week in advance. Guess Art should have told us. Or car was there for 6 hours. Or was nice of them to give us an Uber to our home and back, but the squeak is still in the tire, nothing was fixed. Horrible. Find another solution. Sold me a car that, after four years, the service department has not been able to solve two problems with. One is dangerous. Besides the lack of solution, they are charging me for fixing things the original problem has caused. Further, their response time when they have your car has been terrible.
